"Didn’t hold up like I expected"
I bought this cooler thinking it would last a decent amount of time, but it started cracking way sooner than it should have. It just feels kind of cheap. What bugs me most is it feels like the expectations keep shifting, first it’s supposed to be durable, then when it doesn’t hold up, suddenly that’s just “normal wear.” Not really buying that. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t get this one again.

"I bought this thinking it would keep..."
I bought this thinking it would keep my drinks cold all day, or at least most of the day, but yeah… not really. The ice melted way faster than I expected, and by the afternoon everything was more just kind of cool instead of actually cold. For what it costs, I really thought it would do a better job holding the temperature. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a cooler the whole shipping experience gave me a bad first impression. The tracking barely updated, the delivery date kept changing, and I was just left guessing when it was actually going to show up.
When it finally arrived, it was late and the box looked rough. I also tried reaching out to customer support, but they took forever to respond. Definitely not something I’d want to deal with again if I needed an order on time

"Felt Misled About the Return"

"Warranty support felt harder than it should’ve been"
My cooler started having issues while it was still under warranty, so I figured getting help would be straightforward. Instead, it turned into a frustrating back-and-forth with slow replies and repeated requests for information I’d already sent. In the end, nothing really got resolved, and it kind of felt like they were hoping I’d just stop following up.

This barely cools anything. I was already disappointed with how poorly it worked, and it didn’t help that it looked like it had been handled carelessly before it got to me. Just not a great experience.

"Heads up: it’s smaller than it looks"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying this cooler: the inside space is a lot smaller than I expected. I thought it would hold way more based on the sizing info, but once it showed up, it was clear that the actual usable space wasn’t what I had in mind.
Maybe I misunderstood the details, but I wish the listing made it more obvious what could realistically fit inside. For my needs, it just doesn’t have the capacity I was counting on, and it was really frustrating after waiting for it to arrive.

I reached out to Friocoolers a couple of times about my order, and the replies took way too long. When they finally got back to me, it felt like they skimmed my message and just sent a generic answer. My brain kind of went, “slow replies plus not reading my question equals bad support,” and I don’t think that’s unfair here. I had to repeat the same thing more than once, which got frustrating fast. I expected basic customer service, but this wasn’t it. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting a lot more for the price. What I got just didn’t feel worth the money.

"Feels a bit flimsy, haha"
I’m not too happy with it. The build feels cheap and weak, and some of the parts don’t fit together very well. I was hoping it would feel a little sturdier, haha.
